Couples Massage - This special arrangement allows two people to receive their massages at the same time, in the same room with two massage therapists. It can be a great way to celebrate a special day like a wedding anniversary, a birthday, Valentine’s Day or really any occasion where you would like to spend some quiet, relaxing time together while receiving the wonderful benefits of massage. Couple’s massage does require some advance notice to ensure that two therapists are available. Also, a $50 payment will be required to hold your time slot which is fully refundable if you cancel within 24 hours.

Thai Massage - A blend of massage, acupressure, energy work, and gentle yoga stretches which uses compressions, pressure on specific points and stretches to release blockages.

Deep Tissue Massage - A massage technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue which uses slower strokes and more direct deep pressure applied across the grain of the muscles.

Swedish Massage - A massage technique that emphasizes long strokes, kneading and friction motions to encourage proper circulation while encouraging an overall deep relaxation.

Sports Massage - is designed to help active people operate at optimal performance level with less chance of injury and/or pain. A sports massage session will include an variety of techniques (deep tissue, joint mobilization, trigger point, etc.) based on whether the session is before, during or after a sports/physical event. It is also good for people with injuries, chronic pain, and restricted flexibility.
